Surah Aal-i-Imraan, Verse 196

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَٰدِ
Word by word
لَا lā (Let) not يَغُرَّنَّكَ yaghurrannaka deceive you تَقَلُّبُ taqallubu (the) movement ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna (of) those who كَفَرُوا۟ kafarū disbelieved فِى fī in ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ l-bilādi the land
Transliteration
La yaghurrannaka taqallubu allatheenakafaroo fee albilad

Let not the vicissitude (of the success) of those who disbelieve, in the land, deceive thee (O Muhammad).

Let not the strutting about of the Unbelievers through the land deceive thee:

يقول تعالى لا تنظر إلى ما هؤلاء الكفار مترفون فيه من النعمة والغبطة والسرور فعما قليل يزول هذا كله عنهم ويصبحون مرتهنين بأعمالهم السيئة.
