تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ

تَنزِيلُ tanzīlu (The) revelation ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ l-kitābi (of) the Book مِنَ mina (is) from ٱللَّهِ l-lahi Allah ٱلْعَزِيزِ l-ʿazīzi the All-Mighty ٱلْعَلِيمِ l-ʿalīmi the All-Knower

Tanzeelu alkitabi mina AllahialAAazeezi alAAaleem

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
وقوله : ( تنزيل الكتاب من الله العزيز العليم ) أي : تنزيل هذا الكتاب - وهو القرآن - من الله ذي العزة والعلم ، فلا يرام جنابه ، ولا يخفى عليه الذر وإن تكاثف حجابه .
