Quran 78:39
Surah An-Naba, Verse 39

ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلْحَقُّ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ مَـَٔابًا
Word by word
ذَٰلِكَ dhālika That ٱلْيَوْمُ l-yawmu (is) the Day ٱلْحَقُّ ۖ l-ḥaqu the True فَمَن faman So whoever شَآءَ shāa wills ٱتَّخَذَ ittakhadha let him take إِلَىٰ ilā towards رَبِّهِۦ rabbihi his Lord مَـَٔابًا maāban a return
Transliteration
Thalika alyawmu alhaqqu famanshaa ittakhatha ila rabbihi maaba
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
That is the True Day. So whoso will should seek recourse unto his Lord.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
That Day will be the sure Reality: Therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) return to his Lord!
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
"ذلك اليوم الحق" أي الكائن لا محالة "فمن شاء اتخذ إلى ربه مآبا" أي مرجعا وطريقا يهتدي إليه ومنهجا يمر به عليه.
