Surah Al-Anbiyaa, Verse 27

لَا يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ بِٱلْقَوْلِ وَهُم بِأَمْرِهِۦ يَعْمَلُونَ
Word by word
لَا lā Not يَسْبِقُونَهُۥ yasbiqūnahu they (can) precede Him بِٱلْقَوْلِ bil-qawli in word وَهُم wahum and they بِأَمْرِهِۦ bi-amrihi by His command يَعْمَلُونَ yaʿmalūna act
Transliteration
La yasbiqoonahu bilqawliwahum bi-amrihi yaAAmaloon
Translations

They speak not until He hath spoken, and they act by His command.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
They speak not before He speaks, and they act (in all things) by His Command.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( لا يسبقونه بالقول وهم بأمره يعملون ) أي : لا يتقدمون بين يديه بأمر ، ولا يخالفونه فيما أمر به بل يبادرون إلى فعله ،وهو تعالى علمه محيط بهم ، فلا يخفى عليه منهم خافية
