إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Word by word
إِنَّ inna Indeed فِى fī in ذَٰلِكَ dhālika that لَـَٔايَةًۭ ۖ laāyatan surely is a sign وَمَا wamā but not كَانَ kāna are أَكْثَرُهُم aktharuhum most of them مُّؤْمِنِينَ mu'minīna believers
Transliteration
Inna fee thalika laayatan wamakana aktharuhum mu/mineen
Translations

Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers.

Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.
