Surah Ash-Shu'araa, Verse 190

إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Word by word
إِنَّ inna Indeed فِى fī in ذَٰلِكَ dhālika that لَـَٔايَةًۭ ۖ laāyatan surely, is a sign وَمَا wamā but not كَانَ kāna are أَكْثَرُهُم aktharuhum most of them مُّؤْمِنِينَ mu'minīna believers
Transliteration
Inna fee thalika laayatan wamakana aktharuhum mu/mineen
Translations

Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
Verily in that is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( إن في ذلك لآية وما كان أكثرهم مؤمنين . وإن ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم ) : أي : العزيز في انتقامه من الكافرين ، الرحيم بعباده المؤمنين .
