تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

تَنزِيلُ tanzīlu (The) revelation ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ l-kitābi (of) the Book مِنَ mina (is) from ٱللَّهِ l-lahi Allah ٱلْعَزِيزِ l-ʿazīzi the All-Mighty ٱلْحَكِيمِ l-ḥakīmi the All-Wise

Tanzeelu alkitabi mina AllahialAAazeezi alhakeem

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
يخبر تعالى أنه أنزل الكتاب على عبده ورسوله محمد صلوات الله وسلامه عليه دائما إلى يوم الدين ووصف نفسه بالعزة التي لا ترام والحكمة في الأقوال والأفعال.
