Quran 45:36
Surah Al-Jaathiya, Verse 36

فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْحَمْدُ رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَرَبِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Word by word
فَلِلَّهِ falillahi Then for Allah ٱلْحَمْدُ l-ḥamdu (is) all the praise رَبِّ rabbi (the) Lord ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ l-samāwāti (of) the heavens وَرَبِّ warabbi and (the) Lord ٱلْأَرْضِ l-arḍi (of) the earth رَبِّ rabbi (the) lord ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ l-ʿālamīna (of) the worlds
Transliteration
Falillahi alhamdu rabbi assamawatiwarabbi al-ardi rabbi alAAalameen
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
Then praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, the Lord of the Worlds.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
Then Praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth,- Lord and Cherisher of all the Worlds!
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
ثم لما ذكر حكمه في المؤمنين والكافرين قال : ( فلله الحمد رب السموات ورب الأرض ) أي المالك لهما وما فيهما ; ولهذا قال : ( رب العالمين ) .
