Quran 52:36
Surah At-Tur, Verse 36

أَمْ خَلَقُوا۟ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ
Word by word
أَمْ am Or خَلَقُوا۟ khalaqū (did) they create ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ l-samāwāti the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۚ wal-arḍa and the earth بَل bal Nay لَّا lā not يُوقِنُونَ yūqinūna they are certain
Transliteration
Am khalaqoo assamawatiwal-arda bal la yooqinoon
Translations

Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, but they are sure of nothing!
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Nay, they have no firm belief.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
ثم قال تعالى : ( أم خلقوا السماوات والأرض بل لا يوقنون ) أي : أهم خلقوا السماوات والأرض ؟ وهذا إنكار عليهم في شركهم بالله ، وهم يعلمون أنه الخالق وحده لا شريك له . ولكن عدم إيقانهم هو الذي يحملهم على ذلك ،
