Quran 6:155
Surah Al-An'aam, Verse 155

وَهَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
Word by word
وَهَـٰذَا wahādhā And this كِتَـٰبٌ kitābun (is) a Book أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ anzalnāhu We have revealed it مُبَارَكٌۭ mubārakun blessed فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ fa-ittabiʿūhu so follow it وَٱتَّقُوا۟ wa-ittaqū and fear (Allah) لَعَلَّكُمْ laʿallakum so that you may تُرْحَمُونَ tur'ḥamūna receive mercy
Transliteration
Wahatha kitabun anzalnahumubarakun fattabiAAoohu wattaqoolaAAallakum turhamoon
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
And this is a blessed Scripture which We have revealed. So follow it and ward off (evil), that ye may find mercy.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
And this is a Book which We have revealed as a blessing: so follow it and be righteous, that ye may receive mercy:
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
فيه الدعوة إلى اتباع القرآن ووصفه بالبركة لمن اتبعه وعمل به في الدنيا والآخرة .
