Quran 64:10

Surah At-Taghaabun, Verse 10

وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ

Word by word

وَٱلَّذِينَ wa-alladhīna But those who كَفَرُوا۟ kafarū disbelieved وَكَذَّبُوا۟ wakadhabū and denied بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ biāyātinā [in] Our Verses أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ulāika those أَصْحَـٰبُ aṣḥābu (are the) companions ٱلنَّارِ l-nāri (of) the Fire خَـٰلِدِينَ khālidīna abiding forever فِيهَا ۖ fīhā therein وَبِئْسَ wabi'sa And wretched is ٱلْمَصِيرُ l-maṣīru the destination

Transliteration

Wallatheena kafaroo wakaththaboobi-ayatina ola-ika as-habuannari khalideena feeha wabi/sa almaseer

Translations

Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall

But those who disbelieve and deny Our revelations, such are owners of the Fire; they will abide therein - a hapless journey's end!

Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali

But those who reject Faith and treat Our Signs as falsehoods, they will be Companions of the Fire, to dwell therein for aye: and evil is that Goal.

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir

قلت : وقد فسر ذلك بقوله تعالى : ( ومن يؤمن بالله ويعمل صالحا يكفر عنه سيئاته ويدخله جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها أبدا ذلك الفوز العظيم والذين كفروا وكذبوا بآياتنا أولئك أصحاب النار خالدين فيها وبئس المصير ) وقد تقدم تفسير مثل هذه غير مرة .
