Surah Al-Ma'aarij, Verse 33

وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِشَهَٰدَٰتِهِمْ قَآئِمُونَ
Word by word
وَٱلَّذِينَ wa-alladhīna And those who هُم hum [they] بِشَهَـٰدَٰتِهِمْ bishahādātihim in their testimonies قَآئِمُونَ qāimūna stand firm
Transliteration
Wallatheena hum bishahadatihimqa-imoon

And those who stand by their testimony

And those who stand firm in their testimonies;
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
وقوله : ( والذين هم بشهاداتهم قائمون ) أي : محافظون عليها لا يزيدون فيها ، ولا ينقصون منها ، ولا يكتمونها ، ( ومن يكتمها فإنه آثم قلبه ) [ البقرة : 283 ] .
