Surah Al-Mursalaat, Verse 2

فَٱلْعَٰصِفَٰتِ عَصْفًا

فَٱلْعَـٰصِفَـٰتِ fal-ʿāṣifāti And the winds that blow عَصْفًۭا ʿaṣfan violently

By the raging hurricanes,

Which then blow violently in tempestuous Gusts,

هى الرياح يقال عصفت الرياح إذا هبت بتصويت.
