Surah Al-Mursalaat, Verse 23

فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَٰدِرُونَ

فَقَدَرْنَا faqadarnā So We measured فَنِعْمَ faniʿ'ma and Best ٱلْقَـٰدِرُونَ l-qādirūna (are We to) measure
Transliteration
Faqadarna faniAAma alqadiroon

Thus We arranged. How excellent is Our arranging!
