ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ٱكْتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ

ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna Those who إِذَا idhā when ٱكْتَالُوا۟ ik'tālū they take a measure عَلَى ʿalā from ٱلنَّاسِ l-nāsi the people يَسْتَوْفُونَ yastawfūna they take in full
Transliteration
Allatheena itha iktalooAAala annasi yastawfoon

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
بقوله تعالى "الذين إذا اكتالوا على الناس" أي من الناس "يستوفون" أي يأخذون حقهم بالوافي والزائد.
