Surah Al-Inshiqaaq, Verse 2

وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ

وَأَذِنَتْ wa-adhinat And has listened لِرَبِّهَا lirabbihā to its Lord وَحُقَّتْ waḥuqqat and was obligated

Waathinat lirabbiha wahuqqat

And attentive to her Lord in fear,

And hearkens to (the Command of) its Lord, and it must needs (do so);-

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir

( وأذنت لربها ) أي استمعت لربها وأطاعت أمره فيما أمرها به من الانشقاق ( وحقت ) أي وحق لها أن تطيع أمره لأنه العظيم الذي لا يمانع ولا يغالب بل قد قهر كل شيء وذل له كل شيء
