Quran 89:18
Surah Al-Fajr, Verse 18

وَلَا تَحَٰٓضُّونَ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
Word by word
وَلَا walā And not تَحَـٰٓضُّونَ taḥāḍḍūna you feel the urge عَلَىٰ ʿalā to طَعَامِ ṭaʿāmi feed ٱلْمِسْكِينِ l-mis'kīni the poor
Transliteration
Wala tahaddoona AAala taAAamialmiskeen
Translations

And urge not on the feeding of the poor.

Nor do ye encourage one another to feed the poor!-
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
يعني لا يأمرون بالإحسان إلى الفقراء والمساكين ويحث بعضهم على بعض في ذلك.
