Surah Al-Lail, Verse 9

وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلْحُسْنَىٰ

وَكَذَّبَ wakadhaba And denies بِٱلْحُسْنَىٰ bil-ḥus'nā the best
Transliteration
Wakaththaba bilhusna
Translations

And disbelieveth in goodness;

And gives the lie to the best,-
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
"وكذب بالحسنى" أي بالجزاء في الدار الآخرة.
