فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ

فَأَمَّا fa-ammā Then as for مَن man (him) whose ثَقُلَتْ thaqulat (are) heavy مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ mawāzīnuhu his scales
Transliteration
Faamma man thaqulat mawazeenuh
Translations

Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works),

Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy,
