Surah Al-Kahf, Verse 68

وَكَيْفَ تَصْبِرُ عَلَىٰ مَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِۦ خُبْرًا
Word by word
وَكَيْفَ wakayfa And how can تَصْبِرُ taṣbiru you have patience عَلَىٰ ʿalā for مَا mā what لَمْ lam not تُحِطْ tuḥiṭ you encompass بِهِۦ bihi of it خُبْرًۭا khub'ran any knowledge
Transliteration
Wakayfa tasbiru AAala malam tuhit bihi khubra

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( وكيف تصبر على ما لم تحط به خبرا ) فأنا أعرف أنك ستنكر علي ما أنت معذور فيه ، ولكن ما اطلعت على حكمته ومصلحته الباطنة التي اطلعت أنا عليها دونك .
