كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَٰهُ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
Word by word
كَذَٰلِكَ kadhālika Thus سَلَكْنَـٰهُ salaknāhu We have inserted it فِى fī into قُلُوبِ qulūbi (the) hearts ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ l-muj'rimīna (of) the criminals
Transliteration
Kathalika salaknahu feequloobi almujrimeen
Translations

Thus do We make it traverse the hearts of the guilty.

Thus have We caused it to enter the hearts of the sinners.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
يقول تعالى كذلك سلكنا التكذيب والكفر والجحود والعناد أي أدخلناه في قلوب المجرمين.
