إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَـَٔايَةً وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
Word by word
إِنَّ inna Indeed فِى fī in ذَٰلِكَ dhālika that لَـَٔايَةًۭ ۖ laāyatan surely (is) a sign وَمَا wamā but not كَانَ kāna are أَكْثَرُهُم aktharuhum most of them مُّؤْمِنِينَ mu'minīna believers
Transliteration
Inna fee thalika laayatan wamakana aktharuhum mu/mineen
Translations

Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( إن في ذلك لآية ) أي : دلالة على قدرة الخالق للأشياء ، الذي بسط الأرض ورفع بناء السماء ، ومع هذا ما آمن أكثر الناس ، بل كذبوا به وبرسله وكتبه ، وخالفوا أمره وارتكبوا زواجره .
