Quran 27:75

Surah An-Naml, Verse 75

وَمَا مِنْ غَآئِبَةٍ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَّا فِى كِتَٰبٍ مُّبِينٍ

Word by word

وَمَا wamā And not (is) مِنْ min any (thing) غَآئِبَةٍۢ ghāibatin hidden فِى fī in ٱلسَّمَآءِ l-samāi the heavens وَٱلْأَرْضِ wal-arḍi and the earth إِلَّا illā but فِى fī (is) in كِتَـٰبٍۢ kitābin a Record مُّبِينٍ mubīnin clear

Transliteration

Wama min gha-ibatin fee assama-iwal-ardi illa fee kitabin mubeen

Translations

And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record.

Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali

Nor is there aught of the unseen, in heaven or earth, but is (recorded) in a clear record.

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir

ثم أخبر تعالى بأنه عالم غيب السموات والأرض ، وأنه عالم الغيب والشهادة - وهو ما غاب عن العباد وما شاهدوه - فقال : ( وما من غائبة في السماء والأرض ) قال ابن عباس : يعني : وما من شيء ، ( في السماء والأرض إلا في كتاب مبين ) وهذا كقوله تعالى : ( ألم تعلم أن الله يعلم ما في السماء والأرض إن ذلك في كتاب إن ذلك على الله يسير ) [ الحج : 70 ] .
