Quran 30:13
Surah Ar-Room, Verse 13

وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُم مِّن شُرَكَآئِهِمْ شُفَعَٰٓؤُا۟ وَكَانُوا۟ بِشُرَكَآئِهِمْ كَٰفِرِينَ
Word by word
وَلَمْ walam And not يَكُن yakun will be لَّهُم lahum for them مِّن min among شُرَكَآئِهِمْ shurakāihim theirs partners شُفَعَـٰٓؤُا۟ shufaʿāu any intercessors وَكَانُوا۟ wakānū and they will be بِشُرَكَآئِهِمْ bishurakāihim in their partners كَـٰفِرِينَ kāfirīna disbelievers
Transliteration
Walam yakun lahum min shuraka-ihimshufaAAao wakanoo bishuraka-ihim kafireen
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
There will be none to intercede for them of those whom they made equal with Allah. And they will reject their partners (whom they ascribed unto Him).
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
No intercessor will they have among their "Partners" and they will (themselves) reject their "Partners".
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( ولم يكن لهم من شركائهم شفعاء ) أي : ما شفعت فيهم الآلهة التي كانوا يعبدونها من دون الله ، وكفروا بهم وخانوهم أحوج ما كانوا إليهم .
