Surah As-Saaffaat, Verse 70

فَهُمْ عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِمْ يُهْرَعُونَ
Word by word
فَهُمْ fahum So they عَلَىٰٓ ʿalā on ءَاثَـٰرِهِمْ āthārihim their footsteps يُهْرَعُونَ yuh'raʿūna they hastened
Transliteration
Fahum AAala atharihimyuhraAAoon
Translations

But they make haste (to follow) in their footsteps.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
So they (too) were rushed down on their footsteps!
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( فهم على آثارهم يهرعون ) قال مجاهد : شبيهة بالهرولة . وقال سعيد بن جبير : يسفهون .
