Quran 38:48
Surah Saad, Verse 48

وَٱذْكُرْ إِسْمَٰعِيلَ وَٱلْيَسَعَ وَذَا ٱلْكِفْلِ وَكُلٌّ مِّنَ ٱلْأَخْيَارِ
Word by word
وَٱذْكُرْ wa-udh'kur And remember إِسْمَـٰعِيلَ is'māʿīla Ishmael وَٱلْيَسَعَ wal-yasaʿa and Elisha وَذَا wadhā and Dhul-kifl ٱلْكِفْلِ ۖ l-kif'li and Dhul-kifl وَكُلٌّۭ wakullun and all مِّنَ mina (are) from ٱلْأَخْيَارِ l-akhyāri the best
Transliteration
Wathkur ismaAAeelawa-ilyasaAAa watha alkifli wakullun mina al-akhyar
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
And make mention of Ishmael and Elisha and Dhu'l-Kifl. All are of the chosen.

And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
وقوله : ( واذكر إسماعيل واليسع وذا الكفل وكل من الأخيار ) قد تقدم الكلام على قصصهم وأخبارهم مستقصاة في سورة " الأنبياء " بما أغنى عن إعادته هاهنا .
