يَوْمَ يَسْمَعُونَ ٱلصَّيْحَةَ بِٱلْحَقِّ ذَٰلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْخُرُوجِ
Word by word
يَوْمَ yawma (The) Day يَسْمَعُونَ yasmaʿūna they will hear ٱلصَّيْحَةَ l-ṣayḥata the Blast بِٱلْحَقِّ ۚ bil-ḥaqi in truth ذَٰلِكَ dhālika That يَوْمُ yawmu (is the) Day ٱلْخُرُوجِ l-khurūji (of) coming forth
Transliteration
Yawma yasmaAAoona assayhatabilhaqqi thalika yawmu alkhurooj
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
The day when they will hear the (Awful) Cry in truth. That is the day of coming forth (from the graves).
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
The Day when they will hear a (mighty) Blast in (very) truth: that will be the Day of Resurrection.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( يوم يسمعون الصيحة بالحق ) يعني : النفخة في الصور التي تأتي بالحق الذي كان أكثرهم فيه يمترون . ( ذلك يوم الخروج ) أي : من الأجداث .
