Quran 51:45
Surah Adh-Dhaariyat, Verse 45

فَمَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ
Word by word
فَمَا famā Then not ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا۟ is'taṭāʿū they were able to مِن min [of] قِيَامٍۢ qiyāmin stand وَمَا wamā and not كَانُوا۟ kānū they could مُنتَصِرِينَ muntaṣirīna help themselves
Transliteration
Fama istataAAoo min qiyaminwama kanoo muntasireen
Translations

And they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.

Then they could not even stand (on their feet), nor could they help themselves.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
( فما استطاعوا من قيام ) أي : من هرب ولا نهوض ، ( وما كانوا منتصرين ) أي : ولا يقدرون على أن ينتصروا مما هم فيه .
