Quran 52:32
Surah At-Tur, Verse 32

أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ
Word by word
أَمْ am Or تَأْمُرُهُمْ tamuruhum command them أَحْلَـٰمُهُم aḥlāmuhum their minds بِهَـٰذَآ ۚ bihādhā this أَمْ am or هُمْ hum they قَوْمٌۭ qawmun (are) a people طَاغُونَ ṭāghūna transgressing
Transliteration
Am ta/muruhum ahlamuhum bihathaam hum qawmun taghoon
Translations

Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk?
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
Is it that their faculties of understanding urge them to this, or are they but a people transgressing beyond bounds?
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
ثم قال تعالى : ( أم تأمرهم أحلامهم بهذا ) أي : عقولهم تأمرهم بهذا الذي يقولونه فيك من الأقوال الباطلة التي يعلمون في أنفسهم أنها كذب وزور ؟ ( أم هم قوم طاغون ) أي : ولكن هم قوم ضلال معاندون ، فهذا هو الذي يحملهم على ما قالوه فيك .
