وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَةَ أَهْوَىٰ

وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَةَ wal-mu'tafikata And the overturned cities أَهْوَىٰ ahwā He overthrew

And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah).
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
يعني مدائن قوم لوط قلبها عليهم فجعل عاليها سافلها وأمطر عليهم حجارة من سجيل منضود.
