رَفَعَ سَمْكَهَا فَسَوَّىٰهَا

رَفَعَ rafaʿa He raised سَمْكَهَا samkahā its ceiling فَسَوَّىٰهَا fasawwāhā and proportioned it

تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
أي جعلها عالية البناء بعيدة الفناء مستوية الأرجاء مكللة بالكواكب في الليلة الظلماء.
