Surah Al-Anfaal, Verse 55

إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Word by word
إِنَّ inna Indeed شَرَّ sharra (the) worst ٱلدَّوَآبِّ l-dawābi (of) the living creatures عِندَ ʿinda near ٱللَّهِ l-lahi Allah ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna (are) those who كَفَرُوا۟ kafarū disbelieve فَهُمْ fahum and they لَا lā (will) not يُؤْمِنُونَ yu'minūna believe
Transliteration
Inna sharra addawabbi AAindaAllahi allatheena kafaroo fahum la yu/minoon

Lo! the worst of beasts in Allah's sight are the ungrateful who will not believe.

For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are those who reject Him: They will not believe.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
أخبر تعالى أن شر ما دب على وجه الأرض هم الذين كفروا فهم لا يؤمنون.
