Quran 83:30

Surah Al-Mutaffifin, Verse 30

وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ

Word by word

وَإِذَا wa-idhā And when مَرُّوا۟ marrū they passed بِهِمْ bihim by them يَتَغَامَزُونَ yataghāmazūna they winked at one another

Wa-itha marroo bihim yataghamazoon

And wink one to another when they passed them;

And whenever they passed by them, used to wink at each other (in mockery);

وإذا مروا بالمؤمنين يتغامزون عليهم أي محتقرين لهم.
