Surah Al-Inshiqaaq, Verse 10

وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَٰبَهُۥ وَرَآءَ ظَهْرِهِۦ
Word by word
وَأَمَّا wa-ammā But as for مَنْ man (him) who أُوتِىَ ūtiya is given كِتَـٰبَهُۥ kitābahu his record وَرَآءَ warāa behind ظَهْرِهِۦ ẓahrihi his back
Transliteration
Waamma man ootiya kitabahu waraathahrih

But whoso is given his account behind his back,

But he who is given his Record behind his back,-
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
أي بشماله من وراء ظهره تثنى يده إلى ورائه ويعطي كتابه بها كذلك.
