وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلرَّجْعِ

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ wal-samāi By the sky ذَاتِ dhāti which ٱلرَّجْعِ l-rajʿi returns

Wassama-i thati arrajAA

By the heaven which giveth the returning rain,

By the Firmament which returns (in its round),
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
قال ابن عباس : الرجع : المطر . وعنه : هو السحاب فيه المطر . وعنه : ( والسماء ذات الرجع ) تمطر ثم تمطر .
وقال قتادة : ترجع رزق العباد كل عام ، ولولا ذلك لهلكوا وهلكت مواشيهم .
وقال ابن زيد : ترجع نجومها وشمسها وقمرها ، يأتين من هاهنا .
