Surah Al-Fajr, Verse 26

وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُۥٓ أَحَدٌ
Word by word
وَلَا walā And not يُوثِقُ yūthiqu will bind وَثَاقَهُۥٓ wathāqahu (as) His binding أَحَدٌۭ aḥadun anyone
Transliteration
Wala yoothiqu wathaqahu ahad
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
None bindeth as He then will bind.
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
And His bonds will be such as none (other) can bind.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
أي وليس أحد أشد قبضا ووثقا من الزبانية لمن كفر بربهم عز وجل وهذا في حق المجرمين من الخلائق والظالمين.
