Surah Al-Lail, Verse 5

فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ

فَأَمَّا fa-ammā Then as for مَنْ man (him) who أَعْطَىٰ aʿṭā gives وَٱتَّقَىٰ wa-ittaqā and fears
Transliteration
Faamma man aAAta wattaqa
Translations

As for him who giveth and is dutiful (toward Allah)
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
So he who gives (in charity) and fears (Allah),
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
"فأما من أعطى واتقى" أي أعطى ما أمر بإخراجه واتقى الله في أموره.
