فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ

فَذَٰلِكَ fadhālika Then that ٱلَّذِى alladhī (is) the one who يَدُعُّ yaduʿʿu repulses ٱلْيَتِيمَ l-yatīma the orphan
Transliteration
Fathalika allathee yaduAAAAualyateem
Translations
Pickthall — Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall
That is he who repelleth the orphan,
Yusuf Ali — Abdullah Yusuf Ali
Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness),
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
أي هو الذي يقهر اليتيم ويظلمه حقه ولا يطعمه ولا يحسن إليه.
