وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
Word by word
وَلَا walā And (does) not يَحُضُّ yaḥuḍḍu feel the urge عَلَىٰ ʿalā to طَعَامِ ṭaʿāmi feed ٱلْمِسْكِينِ l-mis'kīni the poor
Transliteration
Wala yahuddu AAalataAAami almiskeen
Translations

And urgeth not the feeding of the needy.

And encourages not the feeding of the indigent.
تفسير ابن كثير — Ismail ibn Kathir
يعني الفقير الذي لا شيء له يقوم بأوده وكفايته.
